17. Sub-committee may be formed :

(1) The board may form a sub-committee with experts as needed under the coordination of a member and assign special responsibilities.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the facilities to be enjoyed by the members of the sub-committee shall be as determined by the board at the time of formation of the said sub-committee with the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
